Havelock Island

Kalapathar Beach, so-called because of the black rocks along its beach, is a serene and picturesque place on Havelock Island. The beach provides a scenic view of the boundless blue sea surrounded by dense tropical forests and golden sand. Even though swimming is not advisable because of sharp rocks, it is ideal for picnics, long walks, and photography in the morning sun.
